Who am I?

My journey
For years, I was running. I ran from my feelings, pushed through high-level sports and a demanding study, and lived in different countries, always hoping that the next achievement would bring the inner peace I was searching for. Beneath this drive was a belief that I was never good enough and a nervous system that was always on, both of which were rooted in unprocessed trauma. I tried to avoid these feelings by staying busy, but the more I ran, the bigger these feelings became. It left me disconnected, exhausted, and trapped in a state of constant fight or flight.
It wasn’t until I discovered breathwork that I realized I had spent my life trying to escape my own body. My body had a deep need to release tension, to feel through suppressed emotions, and to simply be seen. When I chose to heal through somatic work and breathwork, I gained insights into my limiting thoughts and was able to release them at their source.
By listening to my body, the electric rush I had carried for as long as I could remember went quiet. For the first time, I felt truly calm. This journey allowed me to replace self-doubt with self-trust and genuine self-love.
That experience of a regulated nervous system was so life-changing that I dedicated my path to it, certifying as a TRB®, BRTT®, and Trauma Release Coach. Today, through Lola Coaching & Movement, I help you find your way back to that same sense of calm, strength, and freedom.

What I offer
During our sessions, I coach you through your emotions and help your body release tension in a gentle and supportive way. I provide a place where you feel safe and carried, embracing all of you and everything that your body needs to release.
Within these sessions, you can discover deep insights, break old patterns, and overcome limiting beliefs. You will create space in your body so you can process feelings more easily, learn to trust yourself again, and listen to your intuition.

What does a session look like
Our journey begins with an online intake form, which helps me gain a clearer picture of your story. I want to understand exactly what brings you to my practice so we can decide together which path is right for you.
While a single session can be deeply relaxing and supportive, please keep in mind that the most profound and lasting shifts happen when we go deeper. Therefore, I recommend a minimum of three sessions to truly allow your system the time and space it needs to process and transform.
I believe in the importance of a right fit. If we find that we aren’t the perfect match, I am more than happy to help you find a practitioner or specialist who is better suited to guide you on your journey.
